Throughout COP26, our own Peter Willis will be talking to thought leaders about climate resilience, in this daily video-podcast, hosted by the COP Resilience Hub.
In the first episode, Peter talks to Nathanial Matthews, PhD, CEO of the Global Resilience Partnership, Kathy Baughman McLeod, Senior Vice-President, the Atlantic Council, and our own CEO, Seth Schultz.
Three pioneers of large-scale innovation in climate resilience explain their motivation in collaborating to set up The Resilience Hub at COP26.
Dr Nathanial Matthews is Chief Executive Officer of the Global Resilience Partnership, a group of over 60 organisations joining forces to surface and scale innovation, share knowledge, influence policy and advance thinking on resilience. Nathaniel has worked most of his career at the interface of environmental research, policy and international collaboration.
Kathy Baughman McLeod is a Senior Vice President at the Atlantic Council, where she directs the Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center. She’s held senior roles in an international bank, a global conservation NGO, the State of Florida and has been a policy fellow of the French Foreign Ministry.
