The latest ICE Brunel lecture in South Asia, with Seth Schultz, argued that the cost of ‘inaction’ was greater than the cost of action, when it comes to the climate crisis.
On 1 September the ICE International Brunel Lecture Series moves its focus to South Asia. The lecture will be given by Resilience Shift CEO, Seth Schultz. He will be joined by a panel of experts from the region for discussion and questions in the second half of the session.
Juliet Mian, Technical Director, will speak (remotely) at the Urban Resilience and Climate-Smart Cities session on infrastructure resilience. The 6th Asia Pacific Climate Change Adaption Forum is organised by the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN) with the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Its theme is “Enabling Resilience for All: Avoiding the Worst Impacts”.
